In honour of Kasha on International Women's Day.

International Women's day is a good day to honour  Kasha Jacqueline. Yesterday, she began a process challenging the constitutionality of the Anti Homosexuality Bill. Today, and every day, is a good day to honour her bravery, courage and truth telling.

Today I signed my affidavit to petition the unconstitutionality of the #AHBUganda. Watch out for the news on Monday while filing in court. wow.

What can be done? You can sign petitions, contact your politicians to agitate them to do everything in political and diplomatic circles and you can appeal to your church leaders to speak to their counterparts in Uganda. I am not an idealist - I know that no change will come easy. But we can tell the truth, and agitate that the truth be told, and told, and told, and told. We can honour Kasha's work, and honour all who, like her, speak for justice, dignity and human rights for LGBT Ugandans.
